Our general assembly service includes cabin assembly and
roofing cover, listed as an optional extra on product pages. It
does not cover painting, coating, bases, electrics, or plumbing.
Self-assembly is possible for competent DIYers. Detailed

The difficulty varies depending on the size and design of the
garden house. We provide detailed instructions and manuals
to assist with assembly. Most models are designed for userfriendly installation. You generally need one other person to
assist with lifting the long lengths of wood into place.
Installation time varies by model: smaller models (up to 15m2)
typically take 1 – 2 days, medium models (16-25m2) 3 – 4 days,
and larger models (26-40m2) 4 -7 days.
Yes, we offer professional installation services to most areas in
New Zealand.
The standard price includes the garden house kit with all
necessary components like doors, windows, and hardware.
Installation service is available for an additional cost.

appropriate permissions. Cabins under 30m2 generally do not
require a BC (building consent) unless stated in your land Title
as a covenant or the land is subject to a specific Resource
Consent. If you are unsure about Building Regulations we recommend that you seek further advice and
guidance.
Deliver charges are applicable unless we are running special
promotion at the time of your order. We can provide delivery
costs to your destination site which will include general freight
and hi-ab costs. Anything out of the ordinary can be discussed
prior to you confirming your order.

Yes, we offer a Bespoke Customisation Service. This can
range from increasing the size of your model, adding internal
walls, additional windows and doors.
Yes, we offer a range of models, some of which are readily
available in stock for quicker delivery
•It depends on the model. Houses with 28mm logs feature
single-glazed windows and doors, while those with 44mm,
70mm, or 90mm logs have double glazing. All ALU Concept
models include double-glazed aluminium windows and doors
as standard
