Cabins under 30m2 generally do not require a BC (building consent) unless stated in your land title as a covenant or the land is subject to a specific resource consent. If you are unsure about building regulations we recommend that you seek further advice and guidance.

Get your log house delivered straight to you. Our in-stock items arrive within 2 to 4 weeks and our factory-shipped products take around 10 to 12 weeks, giving plenty of time for planning ahead.
The standard price includes the garden house kit with all necessary components like doors, windows, and hardware. Installation service is available for an additional cost.
Delivery charges are applicable unless we are running a special promotion at the time of your order. We can provide delivery costs to your destination site which will include general freight and hi-ab costs. Anything out of the ordinary can be discussed prior to you confirming your order.

It depends on the model. Houses with 28mm logs feature single-glazed windows and doors, while those with 44mm, 70mm, or 90mm logs have double glazing. All ALU Concept models include double-glazed aluminium windows and doors as standard.
