We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our garden buildings come with an anti-rot warranty of up to 5 years (product-specific), ensuring long-lasting enjoyment with proper care.
Built from slow-growing Nordic spruce and pine using CE-marked, FSC®-certified timber, our buildings are produced to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and can last 20+ years with proper maintenance.
Follow the assembly instructions and ensure product is installed on a proper, dry foundation, as insufficient or wet foundations may affect warranty validity.
To keep warranty valid, the wood must be treated regularly with paint or an oil- preservative according to the maintenance instructions provided.
Care instructions for thermally treated or pre-painted products are included in the construction manual and must be followed to maintain warranty validity.
Damage caused during transport or assembly, incorrect installation, or lack of required wood treatment is not covered by the warranty.

All timber products are delivered as secure, weatherproof flat packs, including all construction materials, doors, windows, fixings, and any additional ordered items. This ensures safe transport and convenient storage.
All timber products are delivered in a secure, palletised weatherproof pack. Most of our packs are around 6m in length, 1m in height and 1m in width. Please DO NOT open the package unless you intend to build it straight away by moving it to an undercover, dry area
